2. The Kickstarter campaign
The Cubictree crowdfunding campaign, when it launches, will be hosted on Kickstarter and governed by Kickstarter's own terms of use and the terms of the campaign itself. Any pledge, payment, reward, estimated delivery date or refund matter related to the campaign is handled on Kickstarter, not through this site.
3. Intellectual property
The Cubictree name, logo, and all content on this site — text, images, graphics and design — belong to YANGXUAN US LLC or are used with permission. You may browse and share links to the site, but you may not copy, modify, republish or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, submitting email addresses that are not yours, scraping content at scale, or using the site for anything unlawful.
5. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party services (such as Kickstarter or social media platforms) and relies on third-party providers for hosting, fonts and form processing.
